Cancellations and Refunds
Please note that all bookings on Cloudtrip.us are non refundable unless stated otherwise. If you need to cancel a booking please contact our customer care team at +1-833-703-1003 or email us at info@cloudtrip.us and we will assist you with the cancellation process. Refundable cancellations are subject to an administrative cancellation fee as per our Post-Ticketing Fees and additional charges imposed by the airline or other travel service providers.
Refund requests are governed by the airline’s policies and procedures. We can only process the refund once the airline approves it. Once approved the refund will be credited back to the original payment method. After we initiate the cancellation we will send you an email notification to confirm that your request is in progress. Please note our service fees will be deducted from the refunded amount. As a travel agency we rely on our suppliers to process the refund and once we receive it we may take some time for it to reflect on your credit card. This entire process can take up to 60-90 days from the date of your cancellation request.
There may also be additional fees or fare differences charged by the supplier that will be added to your booking cost. After a booking is confirmed, we are unable to make name changes. Should you need to modify passenger details post-booking, extra charges may apply. Please ensure that you verify all passenger names and details before confirming your booking to avoid additional fees.
Contact Center Booking Service Fee
For bookings made via our contact center (including complex multi-stop and roundtrip bookings), we may charge a service fee higher than our online booking fees. This fee can range from $10 to $200 per passenger, depending on the service provided by our agents.
Important Note: The service fee is included in the taxes, and you must pay the final quoted price regardless of any changes in our service fees. Please review the final amount carefully before confirming your booking.
Payment and Flight Information with Confirmation
Credit card companies may charge a fee for international transactions, known as an "International Transaction Fee." This fee will appear on your credit card statement in your local currency and may result in a difference between the billed amount and the amount shown during payment. Since Cloudtrip.us transfers payments to our suppliers, your credit card company will determine the exchange rate and transaction fees on the booking date. If you notice any discrepancies, please contact your credit card company to inquire about the transaction fee and exchange rate. Cloudtrip.us is not responsible for these charges.
Special Requests: Seats, Meals, and Frequent Flyer Miles
If you make special requests for seats, meals, or frequent flyer miles, please note that these are considered requests only and are not guaranteed. Airlines reserve the right to make changes to seat assignments without prior notice. While we will pass your request to the airline, it is your responsibility to confirm these requests with them. We cannot guarantee that your requested seats, meals, or frequent flyer benefits will be honored by the airline.
Suitability of Travel Services
While Cloudtrip.us offers a variety of travel services, we do not guarantee that these services are suitable for your needs. Any concerns regarding the risks associated with a particular travel service do not hold us liable. The services listed on our website are provided as options only.
Unaccompanied Minors
Our policy does not allow unaccompanied minors to make reservations on Cloudtrip.us. A minor is defined as anyone under the age of 16. Airline policies regarding minors vary, with some not allowing minors to fly without an adult and others only allowing minors on non-stop flights. Certain airlines may also charge additional fees for unaccompanied minors at check-in. Please contact the relevant airline directly to confirm their policies regarding minors.
Credit Card Chargeback
Customers have the right to dispute charges with their credit card company. However, we request that you first contact Cloudtrip.us with any questions regarding charges before filing a dispute with your credit card company. If a dispute is incorrectly filed, Cloudtrip.us reserves the right to cancel your booking as a remedy.
By booking with Cloudtrip.us, you automatically agree to our cancellation policy. Special offers, discounts, or coupon codes listed on our website are not eligible for cancellations. In the event of an improper charge, a chargeback fee may apply. We reserve the right to investigate and recover costs for incorrect claims. To verify claims, we may use call recordings, including service calls, as evidence in dispute resolutions.
